* AZO dye - The ADD (Hyperactive) Children's Support Group List of Additives recommend that AZO dyes be avoided because of the generally negative reaction to ingesting these substances. Children, aspirin-sensitive individuals, people who suffer from eczema, and asthmatics are most at risk. Allergic reactions include skin rashes, hayfever, swollen blood vessels, breathing problems, upset stomach and vomiting.

**It is important to note these substances have all been tested on animals, therefore, it is not assured that these additives will not cause adverse, even severe, reactions in humans.

200 SORBIC ACID - A substance   found in a variety of fruits which can be synthetically manufactured. No known harmful effects.
