      Here Are Some Tips That May Bring You A Beautiful Life

• Take a 10—30 minute walk every day and while you walk, smile.
• Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
• When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, “My purpose is to...today.”
• Live with the 3 E’s...Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy, and the 3 F’s...Faith, Family, Friends
• Spend more time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of six.
• Dream more while you are awake.
• Try to make at least three people smile each day.
• Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn, pass all your tests. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
• Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy vampires away.
• Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
• Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
• You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagreements.
• Make peace with your past so it won’t mess up the present.
• Don’t compare your life with others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
• Burn candles, use the new sheets. Don’t save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
• No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
• Forgive everyone for everything.
• What other people think of you is none of your business.
• Time heals almost everything. Give time, time.
• However good or bad a situation, it will change.
• Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will, stay in touch.

The Inspirational Story of Faith—The Two-Legged Dog

This is Faith.

Faith was born on Christmas Eve 2002. He was born with three legs—two healthy hind legs and one abnormal front leg which needed to be amputated. He, of course, could not walk when he was born. His mother did not want him.

His first owner also did not think that he could survive and thought of “putting him to sleep”, but was scared that killing an innocent pitiful helpless little creature would leave a scar of guilt on his mind. By this time, his present owner, Jude Stringfellow, met the dog's owner and wanted to take care of this little dog. She was determined to teach and train this dog to walk by himself. She named him “Faith”.

Faith loves to walk around now. No matter where he goes, he just attracts people around him. He is now becoming famous on the international scene. He has appeared in various newspapers and TV shows. There is even one book entitled “With A Little Faith” being published about him. He was even considered to appear in one of the Harry Potter movies.

His present owner Jude has now given up her teaching post and plans to take him around the world to preach that even without a perfect body, one can have a perfect soul.

In life there are always undesirable things. Perhaps one will feel better if we could change the point of view of others. I do hope this message brings you fresh ways of thinking and that each of us may appreciate and be thankful for every beautiful day that comes along.

Definition of Faith—Faith is the unrelenting demonstration of strength in life! Let us live in faith!

In the beginning, she put Faith on a surf board to let him feel the movement. Later she used peanut butter on a spoon as a lure and reward for him to stand up and jump around. Even the other dog at home helped to encourage him to walk. Amazingly and miraculously, after only six months, Faith learnt to balance on his hind legs, and jumped to move forward. After further training in the snow, he can now walk like a human being!
